"great team" Really like the sales and service teams at Ferman Volvo. They are professional, prompt and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership for both purchasing cars and having your car serviced (they offer Volvo Valet where they will pick up and drop off your car anywhere in the surrounding counties).

"Excellent attention to my individual struggles" Nobody likes to think they are just another number in a service department. At Ferman Volvo, the advisors take care of my concerns as if I am their only customer. Nothing is too silly to be looked after and completed. Thank goodness for their years of experience at Volvo. I have been working with Matt since 2001. He and Sharon keep me coming back, all the way from Seminole.

"Wonderful Experience" I initially just wanted to test drive a Volvo and ended up buying one that same day. The XC60 is a great vehicle, a solid performer with all the "bells and whistles" that I needed. The Steve Hanson (my sales person) was very helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of the car. He made a follow-up call to make sure all is well. This is what I expect from a high-end dealership.

"Enjoyable Experience " Mike Kashtan was extremely knowledgeable of the products that he showed us. It was nice of him to sit us down in the car and go over the features and benefits before we test drove the vehicle. We never felt hurried and we never felt like we were dealing with a pushy sales person he was all about show and tell letting us decide on next steps.

"2013 XC90 Service." The service department is outstanding. Sharon and Matt at the service desk fully understand what is needed for any particular scheduled millage appointment, and although their service bay is smaller than other in the area, the mechanics are top rate. in particular Jim has over 25 year as a Volvo mechanic. I do not think I need to say any more. All of my Volvos (3) are serviced there.
