"2017 XC60" Selected the vehicle from website; they held it for 4 days to allow me time to arrange downpayment and schedule my visit. I arrived at dealership and was cordially greeted by several employees who directed me to Alan. During my visit , we spent considerable time to complete all logistical paperwork and allowed me to drive the vehicle to my home to allow my wife, recently discharged from hospital, to view the vehicle. "Highly satisfied! Excellent experience " Michael Kashtan was fantastic! He was kind, thorough and knew my SUV in and out! He made sure I knew all the functions of the SUV before I left. My whole experience was pleasant and very easy going. I was also assisted by Chris Roy, Rick Hicks & Franco. All three provided great customer service as they were friendly and very knowledgeable. It was nice to see how happy everyone was for me when we found what I wanted! Thanks to all!

"Amazing exprience" We basically know the model and trim and options we wanted. But the dealer is more than four hours' drive way from here. Michael was friendly and helpful and provided attractive quotes. We were able to agree on in just a couple of exchanges of email. When I came, Michael got the car ready for me, and the paperwork was ready to go. He gave us a full introduction of all its features and all the people there were extremely nice to my family.
