I went to at least 4 Dodge dealerships in the Tampa are before finally closing the deal at Ferman. Even though I got similar numbers from another dealership, I feel that when you are buying a $37000 vehicle, there needs to be a certain amount of customer service. Thought everyone there did a first class job. This was my first dodge after owning 7 fords and i like the truck i got from ferman the best. Roy was also very easy to deal with, good attention to detail and i would recommend and buy from him again

Yesterday we bought a 2013 Grand Caravan R/T. I used to hate car shopping and "haggling" every two years. However, the last vehicle I bought was a Town and Country from Ferman and it was a pleasant experience, so I came back again. Roy was a joy to work with. He even came in on his day off to get the deal done. He also was very helpful with getting my phone set up and showing me the many new features. The only thing I am waitting for, he (Roy) helped me unload my old dodge and lost 2 of my cheap little floor mats, AND he was supposed to replace them, but hasn't yet. I felt very brow beaten by the man who tried to talk me into the extra warranties, when he saw I wasn't buying, he was actually rude to me. I was hesitant before using this dealership. However, once our experience started it was nothing but GREAT! Our saleman John Pindar was very nice and not pushy. Chad Wyszynski, the manager, made the experience so easy. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

My salesman, Roy Faulkner, found the exact car I wanted and sold it to me at a price I was willing to pay. Although I was trading in two cars at once, Roy made sure the process was as painless as possible, providing transportation to assist in the ferrying function and arranging final delivery at a convenient time with the least amount of time spent waiting for paperwork completion. Overall, this experience was most pleasant and a tribute to a well run dealership.
