I bought a new SUV for me and a used SUV for my daughter. Greg Hiland was informative but not pushy. He bent over backwards to help. The finance and service guys were equally as professional. The entire staff worked as a team. It is obvious that Ferman has created a great work environment. I couldn’t be happier with my vehicles or who I bought them from.
Greg Hiland, our sales associate, worked very hard for us to come up with a vehicle that suited our needs. He was very easy to talk with and understood that we had high expecations regarding the price of the new car as well. He also worked to get us a good amount for our trade. As a result, we LOVE our new Jeep and would recommend him in the future.

We purchased many vehicles in the past at many different dealerships, however, I will say, I know where we are going to buy our next vehicle. Greg (Salesperson)and the entire staff at Ferman were great to work with. Friendly, up front, no shell games and they didn't give you the standard car dealership BS that most dealerships shove down your throats and make you think, what can I do to get out of here.
