I was welcomed to the dealer by Vinny Santoro. The car I had called about, after seeing it online, was ready to go and parked w/the AC on, in front of the dealership. It was very pleasant and Vinny had great knowledge and superior customer service. I definitely would recommend Mr. Santoro and Ferman dealership to others.

I went in expecting a hard time buying a car. My trade in wasn't exactly amazing and my credit was even worse. From the get-go, Greg never made me feel like I should settle for a lower priced car or try to fit me into something I didn't want.
