Excellent service I bought a used car from Ferman. My sales person Tracy was very helpful and not pushy at all. She was very good at answering all of my questions. Not too long ago I took it in to be serviced and the service person Steven Brawer was awesome. They had to keep it for a few days to fix the problem, and he kept me informed through the whole process . Very polite and friendly people that work at Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Best I’ve ever had!! Brandon was the absolute best. He stayed almost 2 hours after they closed to make sure that I was satisfied and left with a car I really wanted and was best for me. He worked with what I could do and Test drove both with me. He wasn’t pushing for the more expensive car, he was pushing for whatever made me happy.
