Second great experience with Tracy I leased a Jeep from Tracy two years ago and had such a great experience that when it was time for my Wife to get a new car I knew exactly where to go. Going the extre mile for their customer! My wife and I were looking for a certain model of the 2018 Pacifica. My salesman was Joseph Vega and we found the Pacifica with the "S" package in Kissimmee. Just an Oil and Filter Change I've never had any complaints when dealing with this dealership. I've bought 2 of my last 3 vehicles from this location and while my current Jeep I bought elsewhere, I still bring it here for service. The staff is always courteous. Pricing seems to be fair. I almost always bring my own oil and filter for them to use. This trip, I also needed a replacement rear window wiper which they didn't think they would have in stock but they did.
