Found the perfect jeep I was looking for a particular style of jeep. I saw the Jeep Sahara on Ferman's lot. We visited the dealership and was greeted by Tarek Kassem. Above and Beyond Today was an amazing day thanks to Chris Muniz and Robert Packard. Our family of three just became a family of four and we needed a safe vehicle for our children. From the time I walked in the door (never having bought a vehicle by myself mind you) I felt welcome and at ease. Pleasant and very helpful. Salesman was very helpful, understanding and very informed concerning the product. We would recommend him to anyone going to Dodge. Service Dept/Prep of vehicle however, leaves a lot to be desired. Vehicle was not cleaned properly on the inside.

service department -- excellent experience The issue with my chrysler sebring was diagnosed quickly. It required replacing the alternator. The alternator was not in Furman's inventory. My service advisor, jamie, went out of his way to find the alternator in inventory`at another chrysler dealer. Rather than having my car back the next day, it was fixed and ready the same day... all under warrenty. I heartily endorse the work done by Furman and would recommend them for any type of service. Quick service I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. I was immediately greeted by Chris Muniz. Chris was able to answer all of my questions and I never felt that I was being pressured. We test drove the car agreed on a price and I was in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours. Excellent job by all. I would recommend Chris and return to by another car from him. Pete
