Service and Professionalism above and beyond I came to learn about Ferman Jeep dealership through another jeep dealer that told me "there wasn't any jeep in the color I wanted within 400 miles". They suggested I look at a new jeep that was in my price range in a different color. After looking online I discovered there was in fact the exact jeep I wanted down to the rims however used and not new. Excellent! Today my wife and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Jeep Renegade from Brandon Hicks. He was very professional and informative. Excellent Pete A. (sales) and Scott (Finance) were excellent. I purchased my Jeep Willys Wheeler and was in and out in less than 3 hours. I was the last customer of the day yet there was no pressure. Excellent service I am from out of state and needed an oil change and service on my jeep. Employees were very attentive and professional with the servicing of my jeep. The waiting area was unbelievable offering drinks hot or cold,snacks, and even tv to watch. Service was not a long wait but was very comfortable while waiting. I highly recommend Ferman for all your vehicle needs. When i retire and move to Florida that is going to be the only place I go for either buying or servicing any of my vehicles.
