Oil change As always my service is great and they also do a thorough check on my vehicle to ensure my safety. During this visit they found leak in rear axle and informed me that it was still under my warranty

No hassle Brandon was a great salesman. He was very straight forward and looked put for me. He went put of his way to make sure me and my family were comfortable the entire time and to make sure all our concerns were met with acceptable answers.
No pressure service Went in for an oil change. I need to get some routine maintenance performed, but my advisor was not pushy regarding it. I was relieved he was understanding.

Best buying experience! Ken Levicky was the best car sales person we've ever had. He was laid back, not pushy, personable, and very knowledgeable. We had gone to 2 other Jeep dealers prior to stopping at Ferman NPR. Neither could answer all our questions like Ken did. He even allowed us to stay inside in the air conditioning while he searched the lot for the jeep that fit our wants. I've never had anyone do that before.
