Chasing down a clunking noise My 2012 Ram had a clunk noise. It was hard to determine cause, Jamie at service desk took care of me on cost to get to the bottom of it. You can't get that at a mom n pop shop, this was my 3rd dealing with them, and they have been extremely fair, upfront, and honest. I'm going to bring my Rams here for now on. Jamie was great. GREAT DEALERSHIP Dealt over the phone about Ram truck and received a fair price for trade and new truck. When I arrived at dealership was promptly greeted and dealt with Oleg Mitu (salesperson).
