Tina is best sales person My experience with Tina was great. Let me also say this was my 3rd vehicle from Fermans, 2 at this dealership and the other at Wesley Chapel. She listened to my needs, my wants and my do not call me requests. Other dealerships didn’t and that’s why I dealt with her😊. My experience with her has been perfect just waiting for the Ssles Mgr to give me the $50 gift card above the one I got for a test drive due to some minor situations that had nothing to do with my sales person.

Friendly This service department price was 1/2 the cost of Jim Browne quote. Got a great deal purchasing my 2017 Ram truck @ Browne, but NPR has the best price for service.
Purchase of 2018 Ram 2500 Heavy Duty Courteous knowledgeable staff who were patient with answering my questions regarding the vehicles that I was interested in. I am very satisfied with my purchase largely due to their input with full filling what my needs were and getting a truck from their inventory that met those needs.
