Ken was very helpful in helping me pick out the right car. This is the second car that i have leased from Ferman's, they make the process very timely. Ken did all he could to make it hassle free, I was very happy that Ken was there to help me.
Couldn't be happier I have been to several dealerships in the past 3 months and in the Bay area trying to get out of a lease with over mileage and into a 2019 new lease. I was told several times they couldn't do anything for me. I have 2 friends who work for Ferman who couldn't help me. With impeccable credit to assist us Roy and Rob got done what others wouldn't even entertain. I couldn't be happier with their efforts.

Outstanding Customer Service I always use Ferman NPR for all my maintenance and service needs. I was taken care of by Service Advisor Steve Brawer. He iis always courteous, professional, and a true customer service specialist. I have seen him perform under stress with customers all around his desk and he handles it like a champ, never loses his smile.
