Service Came in on an emergency bases. My window motor broke and it was about to rain. I didn't have an appointment but Steve stated no problem and took care of me. He was great. Thank you
Easy experience with steve brawer at ferman dodge I have taken my 2013 dodge durango to ferman dodge a few times now and worked with steve brawer each time. Steve has always been straight forward and honest about what needed to be repaired and i have always been given a loaner vehicle without question. My truck has always been repaired correctly and i now take it to steve for regular maintenance.

Routine maintenance Always a great service experience with Ferman Dodge. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five is, in my experience, (all) dealership service departments are overpriced. Similar to shopping at Publix vs Walmart.

Trustworthy, professional, and quick! I was definitely a little hesitant buying a car from here at first, simply because I have had awful luck with cars...
