Text Book Perfect ! Called for appointment on a recall notice. Was given an 11:00 appointment time. Recall notice stated service would take about an hour. Arrived 10:30. Steve Brawer was Service Representative. I asked if they were not busy, could they also do an oil change. Steve said no problem, will do. Due to my additional request, I anticipated additional time.
