Appointment Oil Change Made an appointment and it took more than 1.5 hours. We didn't just stop in off the street, the appointment was made days in advance. No one came to say there were problems, why there was a delay, or to apologize. There wasn't an excessive amount of people waiting so not sure why an oil change took this long. I did have to wait quite a while for the Service person to arrive. Friendly and timely Becky always ready with a smile , listens to needs concerns , asks questions to verify, and keeps me updated with texts . Lounge is also comfortable and provides ride home if needed .
Back hatch latch repair Waited while they checked the back latch. they co formed it was broke. The parts dept had the item in stock. Repair was done which saved me a trip back to service
Great service My wife made the appointment online and when I got there there was a fella to receive my truck and the service man wrote it all up and was able to get it taken care of in about 25 minutes and did the paperwork and I was on my way out to can't ask for much better than that
Excellent service This was my first time at this dealer for service. the staff was very friendly and to top it off, my jeep was ready before promised time!
Outstanding service advisor Becky took the time to get my vehicle right in since I had an appt w a different advisor and several of the things that were supposedly done were not. But they made sure to charge me for the non warranty items and get that done. I still have tinted windows with bubbles all over them and they want me to leave my vehicle all day on a weekday when I work and red to give me a loaner. They never changed my tires to nitrogen nor did they buy a missing bolt back. Becky took it in and made all of it right... read more
