Good Customer Service Service rep, Jason Logue, is professional and courteous. He clearly communicates to the customer throughout the service appointment about what is happening with regards to expectations. Service from Jason is 5 stars. Service from center could be 5 stars but giving 4 as not fully satisfied with their response regarding my brand new 2018 Wrangler JL's grating vibrations while engaging clutch pedal in that "it's just how they are built."
