Customer Focused I brought my 2017 Jeep GC, which I purchased from the dealership about a year ago, in for an oil change and warranty work while visiting here in Florida for the winter months. The oil change was scheduled and performed as expected, but a part had to be ordered that took about a week to receive. When it arrived, the work was performed to my satisfaction within the time expected as I was waiting for the repair work to be done. Ed, my service advisor, was most gracious.
Not painful A lot of people dread the car buying experience but Matt amd Scott made it easy! We felt valued and after some minor negotiations the deal was done. Thank you, we love our Jeep!

Jeep Grand Cherokee I was pre approved , which was huge And a huge time saver for.me , as my time is very limited . My sales person Rachel ( I didn't see her name on the list , probably because she just started there ) , was great. Eric was exceptional as well . I love my new Jeep , And my Hubby loves it as well!
