Problem with Service Mechanics I have had to bring my truck back 3 times in 8 days because the check engine light keeps coming on. Each time I was told it was fixed and it wasnt !!! Your service mechanics need to be trained to a higher level as I have my doubts concerning their competence. However your Service Advisor, Steve did everything he could to try to make up for their failures. He is awesome. At this point, I have my doubts if I will come back to your dealership as vehicle service is very important to me.
Efficient Service was amazing. The process was quick and my husband and I are extremely happy with our purchase. Pete and Tina knee a lot about the vehicle and answered all questions we had.
Sales Experience was great...they worked with me and got the number on where I needed to be on the Grand Cherokee I wanted to buy

Great experience & people at Ferman The guys (Dennis, Manny, used car mgr, & Scott) at Ferman were absolutely wonderful...they were patient, helpful, no-pressure, thorough, and fair. I’ve never had a car buying experience as enjoyable as this one...plan to do business with them again and again through the years. I love my “new” Jeep too!!
Very Nice Dealership Tried to have everything done before I got there. They were very helpful and nice. Would recommend to buy from them. Drove a hour and a half away to deal with them.
Out Of Town Customer I am from out of town (WI) and ran into some issues. I had a blown tire (was driving with my spare), needed an oil change, and my 2018 truck was covered in salt dupree from the winter season. Since the call I made to them to schedule an appointment they were able to get me in the same day. When I met Becky, she took care of all my needs and even serviced a recall I had on the truck. I was very happy, especially from being out of town. When I picked my truck back up it was washed and looking nice.
