Purple Jeep! AMAZING guest service. Called ahead to see if they had the Jeep and it was out front waiting for us! Test drove it and immediately knew it was mine ;) the price was seriously incredible too! I’ve been searching for about 7 months and FINALLY found the perfect Jeep. Brandon and Eric are incredible and were actually very fun to just sit down and talk to while waiting for paperwork to be written up. We will 100% recommend them to any of our friends.

Friendly service Steve was very helpful. He called and updated me on the truck asked question to help resolve problem . And in the end he was very sympathetic about not being able to resolve issue with vehicle. Steve made sure recalls were done also. Thank you Steve

First Service on my Jeep!!! #NinjaServiceRockStars Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of New Port Richey are super stars!!! It was my first service with my new Jeep, and from beginning to end it was a super easy, and comfortable experience. The easy of setting an appointment, to the AWESOME BECKY who greeted with a smile, and was so cool, and professional during the whole process. Engine trouble light explained Went I to have trouble light checked. I am a thousand miles from home. Issues were explained to me very clearly. Vacuum and emissions issues so I elected to wait till I got back home. Very understanding

Easy and stress free I had such a great experience at Ferman. Genaro gave me an awesome deal and made it quick and easy. Eric in finance got me a lower APR than what I came in with and in 2 hours I was on my way. Thanks so much!!

Customer service I never have a problem with service. Jason is a great advisor. I’m glad they give you to the same advisor every time makes it more personal. My only issue is sometimes it’s hard to get in on Saturdays and that’s my only day off. That could partially be my fault I need to maybe make appointments way in advance. Other than that everything was fine

Very professional and Courteous The rep was very friendly and professional. Responded quickly to n my needs I was offered a ride home from the dealership. Did not need it. But is was nice to know it is available in the future
