Oil change, tire replaced and balanced, and a tire rotation The appointment was made promptly, Rebecca the coordinator was courteous and very helpful. She kept on in contact with me and also gave me a number to text for updates. Repairs and service were done on time and I was very pleased with them

AWESOME Becky Morber is awesome, She is a great service adviser very professional. Everything checked out and was performed in a timely manor. I have my vehicle serviced at other dealerships and now I will only deal with Becky. Awesome service professional.

Recalls checked, all ok. Service completed Friendly good service. Reasonably short period of time waiting. The vehicle was checked for recalls. Everything checked out. Vehicle is now ready for extended travel.

Excellent salesperson, Ken, was very knowledgeable and quickly & professionally complete our deal in a very timely manner. All sales associates are very friendly & helpful including the financing department. The general manager was on hand to help if needed including an introduction & business card with his contact information.

Best car buying experience in the last decade Kenith greated me on the lot asked what i was looking for and after showing him the truck i found on line he pulled the truck up for my brief review. Then we went inside and casually talked about the truck features throughly answering all my questions. From there he pulled up the truck cost sheet and we proceeded to work up a realistic offer after my trade in appraisal. Very pleasant car buying rxperirnce Tracey was very helpful and pleasant and also very quick to expedite all the necessary steps. We were happy to find a vehicle my wife liked as that was very important that my wife be happy with the quality and appearance of the vehicle and the ultimate purchase thereof. I had previously bought vehicles at Ferman Chrysler as one was traded in for this purchase. Hope to remain a customer for years to come..

Quarterly Maintenance The whole staff is friendly and I'm starting to build a relationship with them since we have 2 vehicles from Ferman over the last couple years. It's good to see the same employees especially since they are helpful, consistent and their communication has improved on what was already good. Also, when I called the lady on the phone was very nice but I do not remember her name.
