Sale And Service At first, my wife and I set out the see what was available in the Jeep Wrangler. Our search firstook us to Ferman Chrysler. We were just looking to see if we could find a Wrangler at the right price... we or pre-owned. Our salesman, Brandon Hicks was amazing. He was patient informative. Brandon was friendly. Great Service!!! My family has bought 10 cars from Dayton Andrews Dodge and after a negative experience I started to look else where. I took my family up to Ferman Dodge to look at a 2016 Journey. But Brandon sold it to another customer!!! (lol) However Brandon and the staff was exceptional we ended up with a newer model same color as the 2016 we came to see. Very happy with our experience and I feel we made the right decision to go to Ferman Dodge.
Great service experience I went to Dodge just to look for a possibility to get our of a car and into a truck for work, as I looked around, spoke with salesman Dennis. He was very professional. I told him the position I'm in currently with vehicle and told him a budget of what I can do. Dennis and his team did more a great job working within the parameters of my budget (after financing) and couldn't be happier with my new RAM 1500.
Great service and Jason my contact person always very nice and knowledgeable. I ask for my tire to be checked when my van was in for repairs and he made it was taken care of. I never dealt with a dealership and I am very pleased with the service I have gotten there at Ferman Chrysler . Thank you
