Bumper repair My issue was a warranty body repair, fixing a misaligned bumper. took me repeatedly to call in to get someone to schedule it. Took from March to June to finally get someone to schedule it for me

Roy is a cool guy Roy told me things I was clueless about Jeeps. He is full of knowledge and patience. I would recommend him and Ferman if Port Richey to my friends and family.
Nailed it! Steve was able to get my car serviced due to a nail in tire at short notice. In and out in 2 hours was less than i expected.
Steve was awesome!!! Steve was awesome and assisted me with everything including a loaner vehicle while my truck was getting fixed. He got my truck fixed ASAP and kept me updated the whole time. I appreciate his willingness to always help me and act like I’m more of a friend than a customer. He always helps me with whatever I need and is delightful to deal with. He makes the dealership process painless.
Awesome! Adam Rugg was amazing and so nice and helpful! When we found out the truck I bought had an issue he told me he would have them fix it and deliver my truck to my door the next day with a full take of gas and he did just that!
He ALWAYS remembers me! Had some extended warranty work done, oil change and new wiper blades all went well! Process was quick and easy! Thanks for a job well done!
