It's how you handle problems, and they do it well! We went in for service on our 3500. Recall for the water pump. After the repair was done, while driving home our light came on for the water temp. My wife called the service center from the road and was told to bring it right back. She did and a leaky hose was found. They had the hose replaced and us back on the road in no time. Job done! I am happy! I had regular maintenance done and they fixed my steering wheel issue I was having. Jamie understood my issue and how the steering wheel was driving me nuts. He stuck with it and got it fixed. Thank you so much Jamie! I am very happy!

Great customer service Rachel was very patient with us and didn't mind us looking at different vans to be sure we got the right one for us. Service Walking in the service area im always greeted with such warmth. Jamie and Becky amazing. Scott sold me a Protection package that he stated was " The best plan ". I told Scott that i was driving to Az snd i wanted "Bumper to Bumper plan .After shouting out if this thst and the other was covered he stated yes. After paying for my new plan my exhaust system broke 2 days later and i took it to the shop and was told that my plan does not cover it.
