Service appointment My appointment was for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall notice for a steering dampener. My appointment was at 8:30 and the vehicle wasn’t brought in till 9:15. I called in advance about the recall part and was told it could be handled when I brought the vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. At 10am car was ready however I was told they couldn’t do recall part because it wasn’t in stock. Warranty work I have always been treated Fair and service was completed promptly on projected time. First class Jeep Wrangler dealership. I purchased my Rubicon Wrangler new out of state and never had any issues with service warranty.
Purchase of new 2019 jeep Cherokee Throughout the entire buying experience from dealing with salesman Joseph Vega and the management team in locating the vehicle I desired and working with the business manager Scott Poth, all were courteous and professional throughout the entire buy purchase.
So so services Disappointed that promised recall repair was not completed as promised. Made appointment 2 weeks in advance so parts would be ready, no indication that required part was not available until after car was dropped off and several hours after that, Part was deliver next day. Took 30 minutes to actually pick up car when car was available for pick up the following day. Reason why I deducted 2 points from rating
Grand Cherokee After visiting multiple local dealerships in the area over the last few weeks, we finally had a great experience. All the other dealerships were pushy and sketchy. Genaro was very kind and patient with us.
