Great Service Steve Brawer was very thorough with my last two services in the last few months. Two separate times I had some strange noises from different areas of the car. Both times the noises weren't happening when I brought the care in. Both times he kept trying to recreate the noise, spent some time doing so and came through in the end. Noises were eliminated each time.
Amazing Service We took our Chrysler 300 for routine maintenance and correction/ repair of a passenger airbag (recall notice). We had amazing service with Jamie! We scheduled the appointment, and found no delays on dropping the car off. Within a couple of hours, oil change/ routine service and the airbag repair were completed. Additionally, the vehicle was vacuumed and washed complimentary! Friendly Service The service manager, Jamie, was friendly and helpful. He walked me through the details and gave me suggestions for non service issue. It was a crazy day and he made sure to spend sufficient time.
Recent service Just had 15000 mile serve, easy and quick in and out. Painless, and cheapest cost for pure synthetic oil change around area. Very happy with my 2019 Ram Longhorn.

Great Service Team My experience at the service department was excellent. Minor issues with car. All resolved. In and out quickly. Very happy with my service adviser. Only concern with vehicle that I thought might be resolved is my car has destroyed the first set of tires at 30,000 miles. I was told all cars and makes go through the first set of tires in 30,000 miles. I thought that this might be a warranty issue but was told it is not.
Thorough job. Quality service. Unfortunately I do not recall the service reps name. Initially I was helped by a woman. When I returned to pick up my car it was a man. Both were helpful.
