Service Jamie was our service advisor. Jamie is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. We have had bad experiences with this service department in the past and were hesitant about going back. Jamie has changed our opinion and we will use this service department in the future and Jamie is the sole reason we will be back.

Service appointment My appointment was for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall notice for a steering dampener. My appointment was at 8:30 and the vehicle wasn’t brought in till 9:15. I called in advance about the recall part and was told it could be handled when I brought the vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. At 10am car was ready however I was told they couldn’t do recall part because it wasn’t in stock. Warranty work I have always been treated Fair and service was completed promptly on projected time. First class Jeep Wrangler dealership. I purchased my Rubicon Wrangler new out of state and never had any issues with service warranty.

So so services Disappointed that promised recall repair was not completed as promised. Made appointment 2 weeks in advance so parts would be ready, no indication that required part was not available until after car was dropped off and several hours after that, Part was deliver next day. Took 30 minutes to actually pick up car when car was available for pick up the following day. Reason why I deducted 2 points from rating
