Fantastic Service Department I highly recommend Ferman Dodge of New Port Richey. They take the time to explain to you what needs to be done on your vehicle and keep in touch with you thru the process. Overall good . So my only complaint would be brake rotors only being cover 12,000 miles . If they warp there cheap in my opinion. Has nothing to do with your dealership. That comes from Dodge Ram Company. Ok I'm done.

Joseph was awesome Just wanted to give a shout out to Joseph who was great through the entire process. The dealership was professional from start to finish. I never felt pressured through the entire process. Negotiations of price were laid back and we came to an excellent agreement. Very pleased with the overall process.

service on tire presure system jamie was very helpful with the diagnosis and the car wash was a very pleasant surprise.he kept me posted as to the progress and let me know when it was complete

Excellent dealership, great service dept. Always a pleasure dealing with the service dept. Fast service, excellent waiting room facilities. Their communication methods are excellent, making good use of text and email. Minimal wait time.
