Ferman cares! This was my 3rd time back to Ferman for an entertainment system issue with my 2018 Charger. Each time I am treated with respect and that goes a long way with me. Getting my car fixed is a must but I also understand challenges and am willing to work with Ferman because of the way I am treated by their service department. Great job Jason!

Their sales staff is excellent, and their service department can't be beat for professionalism and courtesy. I recently purchased a Launch Edition 2020 Gladiator and it beats every expectation I had. My sales person, Roy Faulkner was extremely attentive during the build-out process, and the trade and transfer was seamless. You can't go wrong with this company.
