should have went here first!! this was my first car purchase off of a lot. I had no idea what I was doing and was ready to cry because the other dealerships felt like vultures. but then along came Pete and scott. they were very patient and very understanding and not pushy at all. even stayed 2 hours past closing time just to help me finish paperwork. Used Car Shopping No complaints, was a very good experience which I can't say for the other Dealerships and or the salesman I checked before I finally went back to find and speak to Mr. Kassem. If Mr. Kassem hadn't made a frist great impression I wouldn't have gone back.

Great service Showed up for one recall repair, found out there was actually two. Both were taken care of promptly and they also updated my cars radio and GPS system for a great deal thanks to Jason. He provided excellent service!

Manny your guy I went in a little doubtful been car hunting for quite a while now but I knew exactly what I wanted my numbers to be and salesman Manny made sure he didn’t try and side talk me into something I didn’t want. Very pleased with the salesman and convenience of the in and out experience they gave me .....Thanks guys 👋🏽 Also Jonathan was great personality to come across getting the paper work done.

2015 Ram 1500 - NPR Ferman Chrysler Excellent service. Stever Brawer has been my service representative for the last three years. I take my Challenger and Ram 1500 to Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Whether I'm taking my vehicles for regular service, warranty or repair, they have always taken care of me.

Great organization. Spotted a 2016 Kia Sedona on Ferman's website and decided to drive an hour and one half to check it out. Tarek Kassem met us at the door and had the Sedona right up front ready to go for a test drive. We did not intend to buy at that point, but pretty quickly realized Tarek and Ferman had a good deal for us. We traded our Honda Pilot, transferred all of our Giant Schnauzer crates and accessories into the beautiful Sedona and were on our way.
