I love this dealership John L was a great individual to deal with. He was very accommodating and extremely professional. I got a great deal with bad credit. All of the staff was super and I felt welcome. The detail shop needs to learn how to wash windows though, very streaky.

Great experience I was looking up synthetic oil change prices in my area and surprisingly the dealer price was better than all of the quick lube places that I checked. I made an appointment and when I showed up they told me that it would be about an hour and true to their word it was.

software update should be able to do update without visiting dealer not very convenient waiting area too noisy did not even wash car with the service provided

Excellent Trusted dealership, for many, many years, and there is no need to go elsewhere. Late husband was 30 year GM employee, and he had a great relationship and complete trust in this dealership, and I continue to see evidence of their honest dealing in care and service of my 2004 vehicle. Tom Meinhold is so easy and pleasant to work with, and the entire Service Department staff is excellent.

Body shop repair I dropped my car off at Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon Springs to be fixed from an accident I got into. The process took longer than they anticipated at first but were very informative and kept me updated during the whole process. Matt was my advisor and even got me a rental car for the last day when it went over the estimated repair time. Everyone that helped me there was very polite and professional and if/when I need work on my car again I will bring it there!
