Easy Used Car Purchase Working with Ferman for our used car purchase was pretty simple and straight forward. We were able to negotiate a fair deal and drive away with the truck the same day. Be sure to check their website for the advertised price on the vehicle you're interested in before agreeing to your deal. We were initially quoted a price higher than the website and had to show them the price on the website to get them to honor it. But other than that, it was a good experience and we would shop their again.

Service writer Tony a super guy All service personnel are outstanding. Car was ready on time. Did all work that was requested. Did not try to sell us stuff we did not need. Floor mats were used. Even washed car no charge. It’s always nice to same people. Been doing business with this location for over ten years.

Brought a 2018 Equinox Had a windshield reservoir leaking The serviceman found the problem and fixed it pronto. The level sensor had popped out and he re-inserted it and leak checked it. Problem solved.

Couldn't refuse I had been thinking about it for a while before I went in. When they came up with the vehicle I wanted in a color I loved and a deal I couldn't pass up, I signed on the dotted line.

Courteous, amazing people My experience at Ferman was amazing. The salesperson we worked with, Norm, was courteous and personable. He was very knowledgeable and we could tell he knew what he was doing. We really had fun talking with him. The finance manager, Gregory, was great as well and gave us an amazing deal. They really made our buying experience an awesome one.

Exceptional car buying experience!! I recently traded cars at Ferman Chevrolet and the experience was exceptional.from start to finish. Phil Marchitelli greeted me at the door and offered to assist me. He listened to my needs. Phil then showed me several cars that met those needs. I was then given the option to choose the cars I wanted to test drive. The whole Ferman Team led by Chance Hatcher treated me with the utmost respect and the outcome is I am now driving a Chevrolet.
