Best car buying experience ever I can't believe how great my sales guy Rick was. Follow up, details, honesty, no games, just professional dealings. They even delivered my suv toy house and had all the paper work ready and there were no mistakes. I am not easily impressed but this service was over the top. A fantastic sales team member in Rick and a fantastic dealership to do business with. I am more than pleased!!

Was willing to work to get us exactly what we wanted Ferman found me the SUV I wanted for the price I wanted. I was particular about my car color and interior. Ferman searched a 500 mile radius to get me what I wanted.

Pleasantly surprised I am replacing a car I loved ( 170000 miles and 15 year old Pontiac Vibe) but have been putting it off for a year- I checked reviews and asked around and even though there is a Chevy Dealer closer to my home I am glad I went to Ferman - Phil introduced himself in the lot where I was just wandering around trying to decide what size vehicle would meet my needs. Great salesman Inhad a great experience with Craig. He made sure i left happy with the deal i made. The obly inconvinience i had was with the finance department, when the ran my credit about 15 times!!!!!!!, lowering my score even more that it had to be. There is bo reason for ine oersons credit to be run multiple times! Rudiculous.

Excellent service staff. Seri department were all pleasant.Got a loaner very fast ..my breaks were done and than it was going over to collision for repair.They also had drinks and snacks available to there guests..

Car buying experience Very expierienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially salesman Mark Laird who took care of all my needs including the perfect Silverado that I wanted along with my add ons that I wanted through the service dept! I also admired the fact that there was never any pressure put on me to buy the vehicle right away or else .
