Best car buying experience! Such a pleasure working with Rick Hicks. Very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in, the Equinox. Started out looking at used cars but settled for new. I travel close to 40,000 miles per year, so I’ll be back soon for another. Thanks again....

Dealer Repair I recently made an appointment for servicing my vehicle due to what I assumed was an ABS brake problem. Expecting the worst possible I was shocked to find out it was a simple matter of resurfacing the rear rotors after diagnosis from the technician. I must say given the symptom that I was leery this problem was coming from the rear. Reluctantly I gave my approval since age has taken its toll on my ability to perform this services myself. Only Place I Go! I own a Jeep And choose to go to Ferman Chevrolet for my repairs due to the amazing service. Bar none the best service department and dealership! They do great work and are so helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Excellent body work The paint work was excellent and matched like new. The repair to the rear panel was excellent with no sign of any damaged to panel.

Quick Service! I have to drive a distance to get to Ferman in Tarpon, but it was worth it... Everyone was very helpful & courteous.... very quick service!

Friendly and not pushy The team from management, salesman Jeff, and Jay in finance were understanding and friendly. After suffering shady and pushy tactics down the road at a different dealer, German Chevy was a welcomed change. They came in under our budget per month, and continued sending possible cars through text the next morning. When all said and done it was pleasing.
