Just SO happy with my new car! Had the best experience ever in getting a new car. Salesman Pat sent us a video and we bought a Nissan Sentra that night. My sister bought her car the week before and Finance Manager Chance worked his magic to bring the price to something everyone could agree on. Best salesman I've met recently Having been a salesman myself (Door-to-Door Vacuum Cleaners, and used car sales) my patience with salespeople only goes so far. This guy, however, gave me exactly the right answers to my questions in such a way that he built up trust in me that he knew what he was talking about. But I've had better I have no issues with the service done on the car or the friendlness of staff. I think my Service Manager was Rob and he was just fine. But I was a little put out that they did recall work on my car that took overnight, but did not have a loaner car for me. They also didnt wash my car before returning it to me, stating "they didnt have time". Well it was sitting there for 24 hours, the recall work took 2.5 hrs. I think they had time. Great experience Great staff, great dealership! Ferman was our last stop after dealing with several other dealerships. We were burnt out & frustrated & given in to that getting the car we wanted wasn’t in the books for us. Rick & the team here proved us wrong. They were fantastic! Kyle is amazing Kyle was very patient with my mother and my self. We can to look at an Outlander and I wound up leaving with the GMC. He made the buying a car process so amazing. If I ever decided or needed to buy a car again Kyle is our man.

Totally awesome experience! This was my first visit to Ferman Chevrolet but, certainly, not my last. The person who sold me my Impala was Jim Allison. Jim was professional, personable, and conscientious. He kept in communication with me from beginning to end. It was a great experience, thanks to Jim and I love my Impala.
