First oil change Brought car in for 1st oil change and 5000 mile service check. It took over an hour which seemed a little long. Waiting area was clean and comfortable though.

My sale man Bogi made it very easy for me !!! he very good I bought two pick truck and was in and out fairly quickly. Bogi under stood that I needed to get back to the office, Franco was also very helpful in getting all the paperwork together very quickly. I had a good experience and will retune next time I'm adding trucks to my fleet .

Great service. I went there for an oil change. They took me in right away. I stayed in the customer area until they were finished. They had refreshments for the customers.They come and got me and I paid as left. Very professional.

Overall--A Great Place to Buy a Car--Fair and Honest People Was looking for a trade in deal and Met-- Jim Allison-Sales Person For Ferman Dealership on 19 in Tarpon Springs--He was an Honest Man and a Man of his word--He Gave us a Great Deal on a 2017 Jeep Compass--We The Taylors Bought the Compass--Wrapped the Deal-Up in about an Hour or so--And Drove the Compass Home--Thank You Jim and The Ferman Dealership

Excellent Service As Usual Dropped off my Colorado for a new bumper from body shop and transmission fluid change from service. I dropped it of on Friday thinking I’d be lucky to see truck by Monday. Dropped truck off at 10:00AM Friday. At 4:00PM Friday got a phone call saying work complete!! All I can say is WOW! That was fast!! Also the bill from body shop was less than estimate always a good thing!!
