Ferman was able to replace my transmission within a reasonable amount of time. They even reduced the overall cost from what was quoted.
The dealership got me in when my truck broke down while on vacation. They fixed the problem and I got my vehicle back in time to go home. It was a good experience in a bad situation.

I have no issue with the service department, they are always on schedule and the work is done right. What I don’t understand is why it has taken over 7 weeks to get my replacement windshield, it is a production part?
