With a very hectic business schedule I had been struggling to get my vehicle in for the initial service, I had finally reached out to the dealership to see if I could get in for service, after explaining my limited timeframe for service Billy was able to squeeze my vehicle in for service around my available time, thanks for the great experience.

I’m a retired Chevy service technician from out of state. I stopped in to have some work done! It was right around lunch time, but Neil and the technician Matt Shipley went out of their way to take care of me. We delta with Mark. He was great, took his time and did all the blue tooth, on star, serius xm. And Chevy info on the cars We purchased a new equinox and a 2 year old traverse, was like new. Mark was a great help, we had previous equinox was lost in hurricane and the cost was best we could get from other Chevy dealers We are happy with Ferman
