Found the car I wanted on Autotrader, called Ferman Chevrolet to see if it was still available. Drove it home that day. The salesman Grant was great during the process and would suggest seeing him at Tarpon Springs Ferman Chevrolet. A better car purchase experience than I've had with previous dealers.

David, Steve, service mgrs. Were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and super helpful...while is was awaiting, they updated me on a regular bases..although the service code didn't allow the mechanics to understand the problem at first the 2nd trip in it did indicate the problem and were very quick to repair it...it's been a week, No troubles...I feel very confident in there ability to service my vehicle..I had lost my confidence in my prior dealer...
