I can't say enough good things about Ferman Chevrolet Service Team! Their service department is absolutely phenomenal - I had the misfortune to have two separate and distinct breakdowns of two of my Chevy vehicles within a week’s timeframe. Fortunately, thanks to Neil Mendes and his management and coordination of matters between the servicing and the parts department, repairs were done thoroughly and correctly, with no lingering issues. This is the gold standard for customer service.
