The service adviser, Neil, has been great! The body shop work that was needed as a result of my truck being crashed the day I was supposed to pic it up was done well. The communication with the body shop internally with service leaves a lot to be desired. This and the vehicle being crashed is the reason for 4 stars. Truthfully it should be 3, but accidents do happen. Oh and the fact that the body shop threw perfectly good after market Headlamp LED's in the trash really didn't sit to well with me either.
