"Mission Accomplished" Routine oil change/tire rotation/PM handled promptly and expertly. Service advisor Matt even went over tire wear analysis to help me fully understand tire life.
"New Truck Purchase" There was no sales pressure. The staff was very polite and the whole process took alot less time than any vehicle purchase I have done in the past.
"OUSTANDING EXPERIENCE" The entire staff was fantastic. Our sales consultant Barry Brooks was remarkable. Highly Recommend. We came in late in the evening and they stayed there so we could pick up our new Arcadia. It was delivered as promised. Our experience was one of the best. The service department was is a five star.
"Easy,pleasant, fast" This dealership really hires people willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Everyone we have worked with within the dealership has been outstanding . A friendly greeting and a genuinely sincere interest in trying to match the car with the client and then the service agent to the car and client . It just makes for a great experience.

Ron Danielson was terrific and so patient, talking me thru each vehicle I selected, explaining options, rebates, and availability. Finally settled on a 2017 Yukon and Ron was extraordinary....he stayed really late that day setting up all the options in my new car and walking me thru the entire vehicle showing me how to use each feature. "Easy in and out Service" Cant say enough good things about how efficient I find your service department. It's clean, dependable and friendly techs are more than qualified. I think that is because of really good training.
"Price and Sales great, had to wait 3hours to finance vehicle" The experience on-line was straight forward and the price on my Terrain was great. I pre-filled the finance application, faxed over driver's license and registration information a day in advance; our credit scores low to mid 800s. Drove 70 miles to buy the SUV. We signed the deal 1 minute after the test drive. Then had to wait over almost 3 hours for the finance person to see us.
