"New car purchase" My wife and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle from all area dealers who would give us the best price for our trade - in 2011 Buick Enclave.....we did not have to search far. Ferman was very fair, and we were very satisfied with our deal. Jonathan Dent walked us through all our options, and we came away with the best car for our needs. "Service" I came in for an oil change and got a car wash as well. Fast courteous service. They serve snacks while you wait. Clean restrooms.
"Friendly and helpful service" I was welcomed upon my arrival and was kept informed about the service of my vehicle throughout my stay. When they couldn't finish my recall before the end of the day, I was well accommodated and Ty kept me in the loop. I appreciate that Ty explained all the service they performed on my vehicle and that he was patient throughout.
"was treated wonderful" gentleman took excellent care of me got my service done and the recall in less than two hours the last time i had my service it took over four hours which i was very upset about. when I got there I told Ty to only change the oil as I did not have all day. He told me he would get it all done in under two hours. HE DID less than an hour and a half, and that included a recall being taken care of also
"friendly--. helpfull. They seem to be a great dealership" Very helpful. Found us the vehicle we wanted. Very patient . I would recommend this dealership and dealership. The number of cars to select from was good.
