"Happy Customer " My family has lived in the area less than a year. We've been taking our vehicles to a dealership that's closer to our house. That won't happen again!! Ferman was on time, everyone was VERY friendly, I was kept up to date on what was going on (Matt Keith), AND they offered me a complimentary wash and vacuum!!!!! NOBODY does that anymore!!! I'm all about saving time, so if I'm willing to drive 25 minutes to Ferman, instead I'd 7 to the dealer I've been going to, that says A LOT!!!
