"Oil Change" From the moment I pulled in the young lady was very nice, young man filled washer fluid, and James my service guy was very professional and kept me informed the whole way. He even text me to keep me informed while in the waiting room. Great service!
" Review" Very nice people. However, driver power door lock wasn't working and I didn't notice until I was already home with the new vehicle

"Little problem" The tech that did my service put the oil filter in wrong and my truck leaked oil all over my driveway. GMC towed the truck to the dealership and they fixed it the next day. Ferman gave me a loaner car and washed and gassed up the truck for the inconvenience. Now I just need to get the oil out of my concrete driveway.

"Excellent customer service" I was greeted promptly as I entered service office. Mr. Ty called me and told me exactly what was wrong with my truck and how much it would cost, gave me the option of what to get repaired and what not to get repaired. And my truck was finished and delivered in the promised time.
"Outstanding customer service" I went into Ferman's GMC in Lutz where I bought my 2013 GMC to make an appointment to have a recall notice taken care of along with oil and filter and tire rotation. . Matt the service manager gave me an appointment time that was convenient for me and assured me that the parts for the recall would be there for installation on my appointment date.
