"Always friendly, professional and greet you right away. " The Ferman on 54 are top notch dealerships (GMC and Dodge/Chrysler). From the sale to the service, I have never had a bad experience at either dealership. In fact, I even have my other make vehicle (Chevrolet Tahoe) serviced at the GMC dealership. They are always professional and very accommodating. I've tried other dealerships but always end up back at Ferman on 54.

"Very good" The service department were very concern of some medical problem I'experiencing and they work around the situation to be able to service my car.
"Service is prompt and correct all the time" This is our second GMC purchased at Ferman, and always have them serviced there. Always willing to help ans very courteous. Definitely will keep going there.

"Very willing to help" They went out of their way to make sure this deal happened. They did everything in their power to make the numbers work. They never applied too much pressure.
"Great" This sales team is awesome. They make sure we understood everything and anything we wanted to know. They worked very hard to get us the right car for a great price. We traveled over an hour to this dealership because we like it.
