"Excellent service" The dealership had to do a warranty repair and took care of the problem every step of the way. There was a small issue at first with finding the replacement part but the service team had me back the very next day and and filled up the vehicle with a free tank of gas for the trouble and corrected the issue the very next day in less time than they had originally said.

"Not Quite Perfect But Getting There..." They work pretty hard to please but when I took my car in for service they forgot to do the buff job they had promised.

"Helpful staff, no pressure sales person." We did our research on line and had an idea of what auto we were interested in. Ken was friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions and did not provide any undue pressure on us to make a decision. We arrived on the lot at about 6:45 on a Friday evening and were driving home with a used 2017 Kia Optima by 9:30.
