"Used car purchase" Sales department was excellent. Problem was with finance. Kept me waiting for 1 hour. Wrote finance contact at 6%. Found out later that day that there is a Certified Sales Event going on with 1.9% financing for qualified buyers. I know I'm very qualified. When I try to get explanation they don't return my calls.

"Excellent!" Everyone is friendly & provide excellent professional service! 😎 Franco & AJ went above & beyond normal customer service. "Good Experience" I'm really tired of high-pressure sales managers and I did not find one here at Ferman GMC. Both the sales person and the sales manager were professional and a pleasure to do business with. Certainly, I wish I could have gotten my car for less than I paid, but I feel the deal was fair for both Ferman and me.
