"Everyone was very courteous and efficient. " I had no trouble at all from the time I brought the car in to picking it up 2 days later. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The work on the car was perfect and done in a short period of time. It was nice to be able to pick up the rental car there and drop it off there too.

"Third Visit " Typically deal with Troy. He was out. Ty handled my issue. He was very condescending and vague. When I had my service in July it was discovered that a replacement part was needed for my infotainment system. Apparently this part was ordered and I was never notified that it had come in. It was sent back. Ty stated to me “I know they sent you a post card cause they always do, did you not call to check on the part. You know it’s your responsibility to do so “
