"Superior service department" I am never disappointed with Ferman Volvo service. Matt and Sharon are always helpful, friendly and most importantly "get the job done." Not only do I go there for the automobile service but frankly it is the only reason I purchase cars at this dealership.

"outstanding" The service staff here is friendly and their attention to customer service always exceeds my expectations. I know I could probably pay less else where to service my car, but why would I? Most of your staff have been there a long time and that speaks for itself. Everything I need to know about my repairs are disclosed up front and it's ready when I'm told it would be. My Volvo is clean and shiny which is a great feeling when I pick it up and I intend to buy my next Volvo here making it number 3.
