Exceptional Service This is my second purchase, through this specific dealership, and both times have been an enjoyable experience. I live within two miles of a Jeep dealership, but I traveled over an hour, to continue to give my business to this location. Gheorghe is the best sales person around!!! He is not only friendly, professional, and educated, on the Jeep brand, but he is also very personable and comical.

Hassle free Sheryl Falco was aces from start to finish, she stayed in constant communication and made my experience fabulous. I reached out via true car and my request went to 6 dealerships and Sheryl was the first one to reach out and showed she cared. Several OTHER DEALERS never replied to a second email.......

I found the vehicle I ultimately purchased on line, before going to the dealership to do a test drive. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by a sales rep, rather than a receptionist as the staff had been reduced do to COVID safety measures. The sales rep (George) asked a few questions, and attempted to find the sales rep I had originally started with on line. Fast and easy Kevin Hojnacki got my Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and tire rotation without having an appointment and got me in and out super quick! I also noticed everyone had masks on and were practicing social distancing guidelines. Thank you Ferman!

The issue was resolved, I was offered with a rental and once my vehicle was fixed, it was washed and filled with gas. I appreciate the service and the kindness of the employees !
