What it should be like! When we purchased my wife a new Charger this February, Kathy Meyers was our sales person and is great to work with; no pressure and very accommodating! Kathy was is also wise enough to know when she did not have the answers to my questions, she found someone who did. i.e. I had a couple mechanical question about the 2019 Charger.
